Problem with Notification of an Exchange Email Account

Hi,
(Sony 10 III, SailfishOS 4.6.0.13)
The synchronization of emails itself works as scheduled on the 10III.
But the notification is completely unreliable. It may be that no notification appears at all, or it appears hours later, or even the next day.
Is this a known bug?

My case:
with the last update, it doesn’t update the inbox folder at all. It just pops up a notification about a new incoming email.

In my case it’s just the other way around. When I tap the email icon I have the emails, but there was no notification…
