I have installed the app Microtube from Openrepos and removed it again.
No I have always when I select a web link from another app the “open with” dialogue with the options browser or microtube, although the latter one is not installed.
Is there a possibility to sort this out?
Did you try the most obvious/simplest?
A reboot? (or more sophisticated: devel-su update-desktop-database or devel-su update-mime-database)
Else you might have a look here and check locations of
.local/share/applications/microtube
or
/usr/share/applications/microtube
for leftovers?
