Privacy switch switches on VPN but doesn't sitch it off again

UI LANGUAGE: German
REGRESSION: No, never worked

DESCRIPTION:

If I use the Privacy toogle for VPN connection, I’m able to switch it on but not off again.

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Set Privacy switch to toggle VPN
  2. Use the switch to switch it on.
  3. Move the switch in the opposite direction. VPN stays on.

EXPECTED RESULT:

I would expect the that if i move the switch to one side to switch VPN on that when I move it to the other side VPN is switched off again.
