Hi @rdomschk !
Thanks for sharing your tricks.
Finally, does your patch working ?

I tried this but doesn’t work on Xperia 10 Plus and Xperia 10 V :slightly_frowning_face:

Could you please provide your exact steps?
I tried it on an Xperia 10 III and GadgetBridge with no effect.
It wants to “Turn Bluetooth on” but is apparently unable to.

Great work, this is very, very interesting.
Is there already a patch available in the patch manager webkatalog or on one of the app stores?

Best regards

I cut my own keys, thank you very much. The transponders are my own, too. Though the main lock motor just died, (it’s 38 years old), so the remotes don’t work.

Tesla-app is now working completely with this hack. Thank you very much!

Out of curiosity, does AAS have to be running all the time after the initial setup to proximity-open the car?

I’ve placed this in the https://sailfishos.wiki and hope that’s ok. I’ve linked to the codeberg repo to complete the circle.

@rdomschk I’ve also added your notes.

Let me know if I’m missing something.

I have updated the Codeberg Wiki page to reflect the fact that I am no longer using or working on SailfishOS. I’ll try to remember not to delete the page in future

I’ll just fork it at it’s current state and link to my fork? EDIT: done. Added a fork and 2nd link.

Probably a good plan

Yes, the AAS needs to be on and the bluetooth needs to be on the AAS side.

Speaking of Bluetooth and Android support, have you read the news yet that Android support will soon(™) be able to connect to Bluetooth? They’re really putting in their best effort to make the new phone a true sequel to the original.

Because one user find the way how to use Bluetooth in AAS, Jolla didn’t plan to make BT work in AAS.

Please check this post from rainemak, as there are at least some plans for it: Sailfish Community News, 8th January 2026 - New Year
