Are you sure that call is with VoLTE? Was there a 4G icon during a call?

I can’t say for sure. The only thing I changed was the Volte setting. Another thing what disturbes me is that the Jolla C2 phone claims to have a proper 4G with full bar when two other phones claim poor network quality.
I try to test more later this week.
There is no standard for that. So it’s very subjective.
Remember that there is VoLTE call only in 4G.

Currently I call constantly without Volte. Still sometimes when calling the callee claims the call quality to be very poor. There is a need to concentrate to distinguish the words said.
This sounds like a 2G call. Note that for true VoLTE call both parties needs proper signal, access to to VoLTE and phone that support it.
You can verify that if during a call there is 2G icon.
