I am trying to write my first app for Sailfish and want create tool for import\export contacts in one click.
Can you please recommend any lib and methods for working with contacts? c++ or python.

There are several use cases to consider. Have a look at this document
For the export this supposed to work, so have a look at the application
devel-su -p /usr/bin/vcardconverter -e kontakte.vcf
