Phone starts in Flight Mode, can't switch it off

Hello everyone. I need some help.
I’ve been having a problem with my Fairphone 5 (5.0.0.62) for some time now. For a few days now, the FP5 has always started in flight mode.

[Note: in this case my mobile data is enabled, but that isn’t always the case. It is also possible that it is inactive and can’t be activated.]

I am still asked for a PIN for my SIM. When I want to deactivate flight mode, the button label switches to “off”, but flight mode remains active (sometimes WiFi is still active, as is BT).

Pressing the flight mode button again triggers an “In progress” banner, but nothing else happens.

Sometimes restarting the network with the utilities helps, but sometimes not. I have also found that it may be possible to deactivate flight mode before entering the PIN.

Is there a configuration file or something somewhere that lists the parameters the phone should start with? Or what could be the reason for this strange behavior?

I think I’ll have to reflash, today it took me three reboots to end up with a working state.

try

systemctl restart ofono

and maybe

systemctl restart connman

Sorry, somehow forgot to answer. I reflashed the phone and now it is working again. Not the best solution maybe, but at least a working one
