Phone app does not launch (4.3.0.12)

Telephone app does not launch. I can’t make or receive calls. I just updated to 4.3.0.12. The update froze and I had to reset the phone. Most things seem to work but maybe the failed update broke the phone app. Should I try to manually reinstall it or is there something else I can do?

Maybe installing sfos-upgrade from storeman and reissuing the upgrade could help.

First I’d do a

ssu re
ssu lr

and check all the versions match up.

Then

pkcon refresh
pkcon update

See if it wants to install something new.
