DESCRIPTION:
Sometimes, the phone will just refuse to hang up a call. Even if the remote hangs up, the phone stays connected. Switching to flight mode is not enough, the phone still consider itself connected. Only restarting ofono daemon works.
PRECONDITIONS:
Enable VOLTE and 4G. I think it does not happen in 3G or if volte is disabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Someone calls you, or you call someone (IIRC it happens whatever who the call initiator is)
- Try to hang up when the call is finished
EXPECTED RESULT:
Phone hangs up
ACTUAL RESULT:
Phone refuses to hang up, phone app stays in calling mode, and call time is increasing as if no hangup occurred.
MODIFICATIONS:
Presage keyboard, but i don’t think that’s related. IIRC it happened before i installed it.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Provider is Bouygues Telecom.
I understand this is probably not enough information to find the cause of the bug. Sometimes when this happen, i have the time to collect some logs and/or do some checks/dbus-calls. I’d be happy to provide more information on this, just tell me what is needed and how to collect it.
