Patchmanager - apply patch failed

hi
i have uninstlalled pm3, checked that tmp folder does not contain pm folders, reboot, install pm3 again. install one patch and try to apply it. again i get the error.
did i miss to clean something ?
why would i need to revert a patch when i did clean the phone ?

i managed to install the patch from cmd-line, not using patchmanager but pure patch, but that is not the idea right

have you removed busybox-symliks-bash?
