Many countries work after I added Transitious, so if you make a build from this branch GitHub - klahr/organicmaps-sailfish at sailfish-departures · GitHub you should have it. Transitious does not include live position of buses, so that support is currently only available for Sweden (with user provided API key) as well as Finland and Norway as both those countries have open APIs with no API keys which made it very easy to add. Denmark requires an API key and I have no idea about Greece.
The end goal would be to have live data for as many services as possible, but the problem are those many API keys. A solution would be to have a proxy server so the app user does not have to care about it, but that comes with costs and maintenance.
When I got the Sailfish PR accepted I will continue with this.
