Onedrive backup stopped working again on latest build "Cannot connect to cloud service"

REPRODUCIBILITY (% or how often): Every time
BUILD ID = OS VERSION (Settings > About product): 4.1.0.24
HARDWARE (XA2, Xperia 10…): Xperia 10 Plus Dual SIM
UI LANGUAGE: English
REGRESSION: (compared to previous public release: Yes, No, ?): Yes

DESCRIPTION:

So this didn’t work on previous build but when I first updated to this latest build, Onedrive started working again and was able to backup to Onedrive. However now it has stopped working again and gives a message “Cannot connect to cloud service”. I have tried re-installing Onedrive but still get the same message.
If I switch to Memory card and try backup it works fine.

PRECONDITIONS:

Have Microsoft account and Onedrive installed. Log in to onedrive with Microsoft account.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Open settings - system
  2. Go to Backup
  3. Change backup to Manually back up to OneDrive
  4. Press the Back up Now button

EXPECTED RESULT:

Should backup successfully then show the backup file.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Message “Error could not upload file”
