Old update blocking for new

I’ve just update to 4.0.1.48 using “ssu re 4.0.1.48” because I had already downloaded 4.0.45 long before. now the same download is blocking for updating to 4.1 using the UI.
I could use the cli again, but it would be nice not having to.
The old update is also stuck on the events screen, btw.

How do I get rid of the old download? Probably just some file I have to delete, I guess?

While it isn’t the same issue, the “final clean up” from here sounds like it.
