Ofono disabled in public builds for Pinephone

Just a simple question that keeps going through my mind again and again:

  • Why is “ofono” disabled in the public builds? :thinking:

I mean a lot of stuff in those builds can be seen as “not ready” but leaving out the ability to make calls will certainly put off any new adopters.

Only if the decision to disable it is based on the arch type … but I doubt it is.
