No response from Store email

I placed an order 7 days ago, for the Sailfish OS, which would presumably be sent via email. I have yet to receive this and have emailed for an update 3 times since, to which I have had no response.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a particular email address best for getting a response on this?

You mean for a licence or the access to the OS? What kind of phone do you have?

Yes, a license for the OS, and my phone is Xperia 10 base model

Wrong presumption. It is probably just available on your account.

This is what I’m seeing in my account, there’s nothing to say that I have access or a license for it, since I am unable to download the OS itself, I can’t test it

I think you bought the wrong item, rhe subscription is not for the license but more like a donation

You need to select “Sailfish OS for selected Sony devices”, then your model, then “read more”. It should cost 24.90€
