No reliable internet in general on the Jolla C2 until rebooting the phone

Hello there,

I don’t why, but for so many times that I use this phone,
I never get reliable internet.
After a short or long while, it just stops working.
Wi-fi or mobile internet, android apps or native,
nothing helps except for restarting my phone.

I usually don’t have an issue with it until I’m using the phone
to search websites for a friend.

Is this a bug? A known bug?
Does anyone else recognize this?

Mobile data works fine for me. This is usually no problem. However WiFi is a problem. The connection to WiFi is always possible, however it is not possible to connect to any server, for some reason. Only reboot helps in this case. If you connect to different WiFi networks during the day, you will sooner or later encoutner this problem. At least for me this is the case. Restarting the network service does not help.

I don’t own a C2 but networking is very unreliable on my Xperia 10 iii. I have to restart the network in Utilities at least once a day.

WiFi? Mobile Broadband? Something else?

Same here - then I changed settings on my router to use WEP2, then all good.
Wish to use WEP3…still not able to.

Um, don’t use WEP, people. It’s not safe.

Whatever the problem is I’m sure there’s a better fix.
