This is most likely due to this:

Missing expressions in translation set to translate

Sorry fellows, only ancient languages that constituted the core of the early Sailfish OS (English, Chinese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish, Russian, and Portuguese) show translations for Apps, Games, Marketplaces (and all their subcategories). If you switch to any of those languages, then Jolla Store server will give you translated categories in the language that you have set in your Jolla Account.
