Just checking in here. I pre-ordered Dec 17th, payment by card, booked on my bank account, but there was no receipt or anything. Mails to Jolla haven’t been answered. Okay, it’s holiday season, but I’m still wondering.
Wasn’t anything sent out? Maybe some other pre-order customer can let me know.
Anyway, looking forward to the phone, thinking to pre-order a 2nd one, but I would need some confirmation here first.

I paid with PayPal and i received pretty much immediately an email from PayPal verifying the payment and one from Jolla verifying my order.
Ps. I ordered the first few minutes when the orders were a dozen or so. Not sure if anything changed after that.
I got an automatic mail from shop@jolla.com. Maybe is something wrong with your email address or the mail ended in your spam.
Edit: checked Spam folder twice and there is the order confirmation.
I’m wondering if there are some issues with Jolla’s SMTP server. I purchased my voucher the 17.12.25.
Have you checked your e-mail address entry in your profile of Sailfish forum? Maybe a typo somewhere. Did you ever get e-mails from Jolla or notifications from the forum? (Are notifications switched on in your account?)

I found a fastest way!
- Open https://shopify.com/58667368547/account
- Insert the mail address you used to buy the voucher
- Wait until shopify send a verification code
- Insert the code
- Enjoy and get less stressed

I encountered some issues with uBlock Origin and other addons, but didn’t take the time to investigate, so I used another browser.
Thank you for the hint, that’s what I also checked before I was posting here. I double-checked with two mail addresses I might have used, as I was not sure. In both cases there is no order. Using Safari with AdGuard. Other Shopify accounts show my orders.
AdGuard? 2025 is so long gone that I may have forgotten some details, but I’m pretty sure that I had to disable AdBlocker Ultimate on Firefox (linux) to get order through. If I recall it right, with AdBlocker it did not give any indication in web page that order was accepted.
So, if not afraid of double booking, try without any adblocker.
