Using SDK3.8.3, followed the installation instructions that I found, but the emulator does not seem to be present. I have installed on Linux with docker and windows with virtualbox, but the behaviour is the same. I am sure I must have missed a step in the installation process or something, but it all seemed pretty straightforward. Sorry if I am being stupid. Targeting arm7, but I have tried the tutorial apps with arch64 too and no dice.
Try adding 486 target as that’s what the emulator uses
