I called some tech support, here in Finland. They had several numbers. One, a normal cell phone number, then 1 or 2 service numbers (starting with 010 or 020).
No problem with the cell phone.
Calling one of the other numbers, I heard an automated announcement, then when - presumably - the technician picked up, I heard nothing.
This part is reproducible!
He called me back and everything was fine. I asked him, he said he didn’t hear me either before.
This makes me think that there might be a switch in technology after the automated announcement? That makes SFOS fail?
I also notice that I never hear a ring tone anymore. When calling someone, the “toot toot” before they answer. Once they answer everything is fine.
