Welcome. Please give the fancy search function (the magnifier at top) here in this forum a try. Today I have done this for you and found:

When you try the search (it is easy) you can find some duplicates and maybe something new.

Thanks.
I did not find this. Maybe it was my choice of keywords to search on.

I think 919 it the NLAlert topic for receiving test broadcasts, are you subscribed to that?

if you have the developer mode enabled, you can subscribe from the command line:

dbus-send --system --print-reply --type=method_call --dest=org.ofono /ril_0 org.ofono.CellBroadcast.SetProperty string:Topics variant:string:"919"

(or /ril_1 for the second slot)

for the logs, you can install the logger app with pkcon install sailfish-log-viewer-ofono (or its openrepos equivalent Ofono Logger | OpenRepos.net — Community Repository System)

The alerts I did not receive were no tests.
According to site of the government the broadcast should use channel 4371 and 919, where 919 only should be used for 2G and 3G.
I am subscribed to 4371, so that should work.
From what I’ve read in the post linked to by @hanswf the fix should come with the next release of Sailfish (I hope).

it would be nice it you could catch the incoming broadcast with ofono logger and send me the log, via the private message or email (slava.monich@jolla.com)

I am not receiving the alerts in Spain too (not tests). It’s a bit counterintuitive that it’s listed in the settings but turns out not to be fully implemented yet. I guess we’ll just have to wait.

Do you seriously expect to receive Dutch ermergency messages in Spain?

No? I want to receive Spanish emergency messages in Spain  .
