DESCRIPTION:
One of two Nextcloud accounts did not keep its information when the access to internet is not possible.
PRECONDITIONS:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Install two Nextcloud accounts to two different Instances on with account ‘Forename’ (e.g. for private usage) the second with the account ‘Forename Surname’ (with space in between) for business.
- Set synctime to 60 min.
- Wait for first synchronisation (i have one up to four entries mixed between private and business accounts per day).
- disconnect form internet (wlan and mobile).
- wait longer as synctime …
EXPECTED RESULT:
The calendar entries stay on the phone
ACTUAL RESULT:
The calendar entries of the second (business) account vanish
MODIFICATIONS:
No patches installed but use some additional software from chum and openrepos.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Both accounts have multiple (shared and enabled Nextcloud) calendars.
The second account (business) have path to calendar ‘/remote.php/dav/calendars/Forename%20Surname/’ (it is not possible to replace ‘%20’ with space.
Path for picture and backup allow (and have per default) space between Forename and Surname.
Address book path is not set (per default) but did not have this behaviour of losing entries when the internet connection is lost.
