Nextcloud Account Sync Problem

I have a Nextcloud account set up on my XA2 that I use for contacts and calendars. Since the last Sailfish update, I have the following problem:

looking at the account settings, all my calendars appear twice. They also show twice in the calendar app.

But both contacts and calendar events don’t upload to Nextcloud anymore. If I add events or contacts in Nextcloud directly, they download to the phone, but new events or contacts added on the phone don’t upload to Nextcloud.

I deleted the account, re-created it, but my calendars show twice.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Try deleting the dB files and resync, perhaps delete the Nextcloud Account fist and set it up again after deleting.

How Do You Delete Calendars and Address Books?

Not very easy. Contacts are stored in an sqlite3 database in ‘/home/defaultuser/.local/share/system/privileged/Contacts/qtcontacts-sqlite/contacts.db’ You must have privileged access to alter it (‘devel-su -p’). If your contacts are saved and you can resynchronize them, the easiest way is to delete contacts.db and resynchronize your contacts. For Calendar, the sqlite3 dabase is in ‘/home/defaultuser/.local/share/system/privileged/Calendar/mkcal/db’. Idem if you are sure you can resynchroniz…
