New phone: Battery not recharging / Bootloop (due to crashes?) --- Zendesk not responding!

Hi. just to clarify to you first and make a disclaimer: I want to mainly use my C2 phone as a camera for record keeping, seperate from my normal phone for privacy reason. I’m also interested in the technology - That’s why i bought the C2 version of Jolla phone.

However, the first day the phone arrived , its battery died with the phone plugged in the power.

First: I created zendesk ticket (#41070) about this bcs the phone is new, but Zendesk does not reply (even after several weeks?). Does anyone can contact Zendesk for assistance, please??

Second; During my wait on Zendesk, I kept trying. A have a bootloop - It keeps rebooting at random time, usually after a second or two, but sometimes I can make it start to a few minutes before it reboots, usually after several hours Not Plugged In (very strange) ;

The crashes corrupted my filesystem and I occasionaly got in the ‘recovery mode’ via telnet to 10.42.66.66 - but the bootloop persists - so I am pretty sure now that the battery is faulty (I read about a battery driver problem also but no idea how to fix that with an unstable recovery mode shell).

Can anybody help me with this, please?

(1) How to contact Zendesk (info@.. and Zendesk ticket system do not respond)

(2) how to fix a bootloop without stable access to telnet recovery shell ?

ps. To Sailfish forum admin’s - I’ve tried my register my mailaddress known to jolla a few times (SF account hjeleas) but the registration mail don’t arrive in my mailbox?

I know it is not the optimal thing to hear, but please, be patient. They will reach out to you, eventually. Jolla is a small company with limited resources, which affects customer care.
