5.1 Download the Sony Software binaries for AOSP SW_binaries_for_Xperia_Android_11_4.19_v9a_lena.zip
Download Sony Developer World.
5.2 Extract the contents of the zip file to a folder
there are many lines there, the filename is not explicit, and nothing exactly matches. Nothing is called v9a, but there is a v8 and a “latest”. After selecting “latest”, the correct filename indeed appears.
What-ho moripeluka! I ran to this same issue when flashing SFOS on the same device. Below’s my post regarding it in other topic. The names of the files itself seem to be the same, but for the binaries you’d have to navigate for the “latest” version of Lena on Sony page, as you have indicated. With these links and files I have a SFOS running on Xperia 10 III.
The instructions should be amended to reflect this change on the Sony side of things. Hopefully they will at some point!

I did so a minute ago and could reach the original post without any problems.
As far as I checked, the links are the same except for the domain, which needs to be changed from developer.sony.com to opendevices.sony.net in all cases.
it seems the Xperia 10 II (seine) required binary build is missing from sony completely , aka 10.0.7.1_r1_v12b_seine.zip dont exist.
when you go to the “Android 10.0 – Kernel 4.14 – Seine (latest)” it downloads the “10.0.7.1_r1_v10a_seine” version instead even when it says on the site “*10.0.7.1_r1_v12b_seine”

at times the download doesnt work at all, it gives a correct version but empty zip file
