Music touch-buttons on headphones no longer work completely after update to sfos 5.1

DESCRIPTION:

Since my update from sfos 5.0 to 5.1, all touch controls on the headphones are no longer responsive.
My headphones have touch zones for play/pause, forward/backward heating, and loud/quiet.
Since the update to 5.1, I can no longer start playing or fast-forward or rewind using the headphones. Loudly quiet still works.
Before the update, this worked reliably through my Sony headphones.

PRECONDITIONS:

Bluetooth connected headphones with toch-controls

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Pair headphones with a mobile phone

  2. Play music

  3. Pause music with touch-control on the headphones

  4. The music continues to play.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Music stops/pause/play on touch of the controls.

ACTUAL RESULT:

The music player does not react to the contact of the control.

I assume you have the new bluetooth for AAS side active? Could be useful to link these bluetooth related bugs also to the AAS bluetooth feedback thread?

I tried it with and without the app “AppSupport Bluetooth (beta)”. It doesn’t work in either case.
