Neo, you’re the chosen one!
Spontaneously one guy that I can’t ping because he doesn’t have account here, told me to buy edge 30 neo cause they’re selling it dirt cheap and it has chances for volte, has 5G and is the most compact device (from the devices from sane vendors) so randomly i searched, found one in my city and bought it all within span of one hour lol.
Then one friday evening i got most stuff working.
Currently broken things:
- Wide angle back camera
- Hanging up volte call (funny isn’t it, in a world where all my ports struggle with making volte call this one struggles with ending it)
- suspend
- fingerprint (it’s in-screen i aint fixing that… well… maybe…)
- usb (charging works tho)
- ui sounds are 100% volume no matter what (did anyone encounter that?)
- no charging limiting
- screen is 60Hz not 120Hz
Beside that everything works, wifi, bluetooth, 5G, volte, GPS you name it. Once i fix the suspend and hanging up it will be my daily driver for calls (i carry 2 phones one for calls/navigation second one for wifi/media/IMS/etc) instead of currently op6t
This is not release yet, because without suspend it’s not really usable, but if you have device you can jump onto my group and i can share dev build or we can talk about the port and you might consider local listings
I’ll edit this post later once i hopefully fix the suspend (pray for me)
