DESCRIPTION:

I traveled yesterday to a city and lost mobile connection twice. The connection was not recoverable until reboot. Friends with the same provider had a working connection without problems.
The first time i had set prefer 5g, afterqards i set it to prefer 4g. I dont think this happened to me ever before.

Flightmode on/off, restart network from utilities didnt help.

I dumped the journal before reboot the second time.

The only ofono log in there is:

Is “restart network” utility equivalent to restarting ofono? I’ve been able to resurrect App Support losing mobile data twice now with restarting ofono (where nothing else helped), so curious if it could also help with losing cellular network connectivity.

to a city

Out of country?

No, same country. Just more rural and i guess no 5g
