Missing library for OSM Scout server for Sailfish OS 5.0.0.70

Hello,

I tried to install OSM Scout Server from Storeman on a C2 running Sailfish OS 5.0.0.70. It wants liblibicui18n.so.68. What seems to be available for 5.0.0.70 is a libicu-70. I am new to all this. So I wonder if am I missing something, or do I have to build the library myself?

I could install OSM Scout Server from Chum. This may be the intended way of installing it. But I tried to look for the library in Chum before, and could not find it there. So my installation problem is solved, but I would appreciate any hint why these things may appear somewhat arcane to me. As I said, I am new to all this.

One of the differences of Chum to the other stores is that Chum packages are always built for each release. So dependency issues like this are rare to impossible.

OpenRepos (and Harbour) packages are built against a single specific release, so dependency issues can occur.
