DESCRIPTION:
The phone can be crashed/reset by plugging into the USB (e.g. hdmi adaptor) or by flattening the battery.
The phone will restart, bring up the PIN screen. If you are not there to enter the PIN, then it leaves the screen on until it has flattened the battery.
There have been times that the phone has reset while on the charger, not charged, left the display on, and the result is a totally flat phone.
PRECONDITIONS:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Plug USB-C HDMI adaptor in. Phone restarts.
- PIN screen comes up.
- Does not blank. Eventually battery goes flat.
EXPECTED RESULT:
Display should blank after a while, and long before it flattens the battery.
