Lidl Suomi log in failure on Jolla Phone, 5.2.0.15

DESCRIPTION:

Login to lidl app freezes at password step. No problem on X10iii and C2.

PRECONDITIONS:

Only attempted with my original login details ( same result using email and mob no. ) a new registration not tried. Later changed password via X10, this was accepted ok but still freeze/gray out on JP.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1.install lidl app ver 17-6-3. or earlier.
2.follow login steps.
3.at password step the app freezes Can only close the app and attempt again but with same result.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Expected to app to accept login the same as on X10iii and C2.

ACTUAL RESULTS:

Unable to login on Jolla Phone 2026. Bugger report done on X10iii.

Lidl pluss app works fine for me. I used firefox browser for login on new jolla phone

Thanks for the tip. Installed Firefox today and was able to login without problem. I guess this is a workaround. Thanks again.
