I started the upgrade through the UI and got this message. And it looks like it wants me to remove half the system.
Patchmanager installed but all patches disabled.
I use both Storeman and Chum.
What’s going on?!
This kind of request frequently surfaces for each update and usually can be ignored safely. If packages really have to be removed, you will be told in the release notes. If you want to play safe wait a couple of days until every problematic behaviour has been identified.

As @davidrasch said: Ignore. Search previous comments on release notes about these issues. You will find plenty of these messages.
