Keyboard not coming up in some android apps

REPRODUCIBILITY: Keyboard does not come up in the Android app Oldschool Runescape. May be the same for some other apps.
OS VERSION: 4.5.0.19
HARDWARE: Xperia
UI LANGUAGE: English
REGRESSION: No

DESCRIPTION:

As above, Keyboard does not come up in the Android app Oldschool Runescape. May be the same for some other apps.

PRECONDITIONS:

Needs an oldschool runescape account.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Install Oldschool Runescape from the Aurora Store.
  2. Create Account/Login
  3. Try clicking the chatbox in the top left.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The keyboard should pop up.

ACTUAL RESULT:

The keyboard doesn’t pop up!
