Keyboard is not initiated after booting

DESCRIPTION:

After reboot, I wanted the add an online account. Within system settings I was redirected to the google login page. I was not able to enter my email adress, because the keyboard did not appear. After opening the browser or another app, that uses the keyboard, I was able to get back to system settings an now the keyboard appeared. I seems like the keyboard is not initiated, within these embedded browser fields. This does not only happen with online accounts.

Note: The bug only exists right after reboot as long as the keyboard has not been used.

PRECONDITIONS:

Reboot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Reboot
  2. go to settings, add/modify online account (e.g. google)
  3. try to enter something into the embedded browser page

ACTUAL RESULT:

  1. Keyboard will not be shown

Workaround:

Use an app, that makes use of the keyboard (e.b. browser)
