JP2601: Swipe from notch registers as edge swipe only in portrait

DESCRIPTION:

Swipe from notch registers as edge swipe only in portrait - i.e. it brings down the top menu.
In landscape however, it is just a deadzone and a swipe inside it counts as an on-app swipe (as opposed to an edge swipe that would minimize the app).

PRECONDITIONS:

None

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Phone in landscape
  2. Swipe from notch, expecting edge swipe

EXPECTED RESULT:

Swipe from notch counts as edge swipe and minimizes the app.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Swipe from notch counts as on-app swipe.

Also in landscape the swipe from top to close app in top left corner does not work, instead of closing app it does scroll. Swipe to close works from the distance equal to notch but as there is not much space for closing mostly top bar is rolling down, so closing apps from top left corner in landscape is very very painful and bad for UX

Edit not everytime, sometime rotate to portrait and back in landscape fix this, will continue observing
