Jolla tablet and phone for sale

Hi all,
New member here, however long time Jolla owner. I have joined as I have two Jolla devices that I would like to sell. Would prefer to sell them to like minded people and not on eBay or Tori.

  1. NIB Jolla phone white 16G EU. This still has the security tag in place, so no human hands have touched this.
  2. Jolla tablet, yes one of the rare ones that was delivered. This is mint condition everything included in the box. Powered up and working perfectly with 100% battery.
    Both devices were purchased by me back in 2014/15 and have been in my possession ever since. I’m located in Finland.
    Prices for these vary wildly, so feel free to message me with a sensible offer. As I said I’m looking for these to go to a good home for a decent price.

I wasn’t with the lucky ones when it was launched. What is the latest update on your tablet? Are android apps still possible on it?

Should have 4.4 appsupport, but due to x86 arch it is really hit and miss, some apps that work fine on jollaC refuse to work on the tablet (if you get it use fdroid classic and for apps that refuse to work just go further down the ‘older version’ line)

I’ve done a factory reset, so it’s base software. I know before I did this that there was a SW update offered to download, but I did not download this.

Per @deano42 saying he did factory reset, the JT-1501 was originally delivered with 1.1.9 (Eineheminlampi) from the factory, but you can update SFOS on it up to 4.6.0 (Sauna).

If I recall correctly, the AAS on the tablet supports only Android version 4.4.4, so as @throwaway69 mentioned, you have to use very old version of F-Droid and apps.

I tried just now to send a DM to you and initially it seemed like it sent the message, then it disappeared and I can’t find it anywhere, then I tried sending a DM starting from the DM page and then it said you have DMs disabled, so I’ll just ask here because I’m fed up with this crap forum software.

How much are you looking to get for just the phone?
DM me if you can, I guess…

I have decided not to go for it, sorry. Since my old ipadmini is dying I am looking for another tablet. Sailfish is my favorite but only if it is more up to date. And I’ve read that Jolla stopped supporting it.

Hi all,

I cannot get DMs to work, perhaps I do not have enough posts.

About the prices, how does:

  1. Phone 150 euro
  2. Tablet 400 euro

As my point of reference I have checked ebay and these prices are cheaper that there: Phone is 200e and tablet is 549e.

If the pricing is off, please reply to this email and let me know, I wont be offended. It’s really hard to gauge the best price. As I said in my first post, I just want these to go to good home.

I think the pricing is not off for the phone as a collector’s item, which is what I would buy it for.

As a phone one would actually want to use, I don’t know and I don’t really care :sweat_smile:
