What do you mean with “UnifiedNLP” … Are you so kind to write a small “HowTo” for the microgapps on C2? … I have them installed, but whether I can check or uncheck the option boxes, nor dies any Android app recognizes the installed gapps …

I ordered C2 but without case and screen protector. Is Jolla C2 the same (with size) as another Redeem phone? Can we use for C2 another case and screen protector or C2 is unique with size?

My phone should have arrived on Monday but no DHL delivery person showed up. So on Tuesday morning I checked the track and trace again and was in complete shock when I read that I had refused the package and the phone was being send back to Jolla. I did what? When? According to the track and trace the phone was on it’s way at 21:41 and I refused the package at 23:06. Since when does DHL deliver package so late at night? They don’t of course, it’s a rather obvious lie. All my attempts to get DHL to still deliver the package to me have failed, they refuse to help and say I should contact the sender. Very annoying, I don’t have the phone and I have to bother Jolla because DHL completely sucks.
Always take a positive out of a negative.
If it’s going back at least it will be re-blown and you’ll have the new updated OS on it!
I sometimes get this with a local delivery agency when they can’t cope with all the packages. Usually it comes the next day, but their return ‘to the base’ always generates that annoying status… DHL should be better at this though.

How about communicating that? The last email I had from you said “We’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.”
If you’ve made a decision to pause shipments (for valid reasons, as I understand), then it really wouldn’t have been hard to send a followup email saying “We’re having some teething problems and have paused shipments until they’re resolved. We’ll be in touch when we resume shipments”. But no. Instead we just got silence.
I like Jolla. I like the product. But your customer interactions frankly suck.
Thank you. I even privately emailed them offering to act on their behalf to do this. Do some blog posts to keep people up to date.

We’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.
…and I’m one of the few that had to send it back to be re flashed, because of the famous login loop issue.
I’m really grateful to Jolla, for fixing this mess, but posts like the above makes me kind of frustrated.
I also have returned my C2 for reflash. I sent it back 31.10 arrived in tampere 07.11, got info on return shipment on 13.11 and today 20.11 it finally arrived at my place, so overall it took 3 weeks.
It is fully working this time, preset with 12345 code, set to english uk. I got it preflashed with 5.0.21. Thanks @Jolla!
My C2 is on the way to Jolla this week and waiting for the reflashed one to get to me eventually.

Tracking info says Posti received the package yesterday and it’s ready for transport. A truck will pick it up today and the package will be delivered on the same day since it is local.
