Issues with the Tab element (ie phone app)

  1. It is aligned to the right and it kind of makes it look ugly. The spread out design we had in the begining looked a lot nicer/balanced.

  2. When swiping around the pages only the colour of the page title changes. This is an issue with lighter ambiances (not much contrast) and is not easy to distinguish.

A better solution to this would be to have the active tab in the middle and the animation (during swipe) to move the text also. I don’t think we lose something with this approach.

Having the active tab in the middle makes it work quite similarly to Windows Phone whose tabs were one the better parts of it’s UI. It would also help in cases where there are more than 3 tabs available.

Bringing this up because the settings tabs look better (centered). So thanks. :slightly_smiling_face:

@jpetrell can you at least think about having the active tab in the center every time?
