Is there a way to write in terminal in Ubuntu like if I was in my phone?

I am trying to find out how can I use terminal in my computer and be connected to my phone , so I can use my computer instead of my phone to write in terminal. Any help?

You have to enable developer mode https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202011863-How-to-enable-Developer-Mode

Then open terminal on your computer and ssh to your phone. (https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202004793)
For older phones ssh nemo@192.168.2.15
For newer defaultuser@192.168.2.15
