Slowly, manually and painfully
For contacts you can export to vcf and import to sfos.
For email you can go to iCloud web, create app specific password and login to sfos.
Specific files in your files app you can probably drag and drop with a computer or USB otg.

Regarding photos, I’m not sure if it’s worth transferring over everything. I prefer to keep my sfos devices as clean as possible regarding media files in case I need to reflash without stress, but also I like messing with my devices a lot so you do you regarding that!

You could also use your apple account to sync contacts and calendars, it’s just a bit tricky as you need the correct link. I remember the same instructions that worked on Windows 10 Mobile before the system got native iCloud support worked on SFOS too.

i make in icloud the vcf and transferred to memorycard and import to sfos but it says “page download error” and thats it  . So not work. and there is page where is the how to from apple and there is link “more information” but the address is wrong that goes to jolla zendesk “https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201440817”

device is: Sony Xperia 10 II

SFOS: official and latest

if you are talking about contacts: what i did: i exported / migrated all my contacts before to another provider (for example nectcloud contacts or google contacts should work )

Then you can login with it to your SFOS device and sync them. If you want to use the old iOS phone in parallel, you can even add the nextcloud account to it and use it as standard contacts account.

You don’t need to host your own nextcloud infrastructure - there are a lot of providers which offers free nextcloud account with 5 or 20 GB of free data - available on official nextcloud website.
