Incoming calls on FOSS Telegram not shown - no notification / no ring / no vibration / no nothing

Greetings everyone,

am I the only one, who’s not getting notifications on incomming calls via Telegram FOSS client?
The Phone is XA2 with the latest update possible (4.0.1).
That problem I perceived on 3.4 too.

10x in Advance!
