Suddenly my in-ears (Shure) don’t work anymore when I plug in the jack in my 10 III. Whith other devices (XA2+ and ipad mini) the in-ears work fine.
And you have rebooted and ruled out a broken/dirty headphone jack?
Some feedback: spell it out what you want to say, don’t have us guess.
Example: “What can i do to troubleshoot?” (my guess for what you mean)
