I know. I was just suggesting that the smooth running variant should be the one not needing a patch, because noppe has a point here IMHO:

something similiar happened to me when Jolla decided to change from the continuous remorse bar to one that just ticks 5 times. While both giving 5 seconds to react, the former just draws more attention that something’s happening (maybe related to our brain being much more alerted to moving things).

That makes sense. But proper remorse timers are still needed in the overall OS for other tasks.

Maybe there should be options like 30 day trash? Delete completely? Or just comfirm delete
