How to star/archive an email?

Is it possible to “Star” an email or “Archive” one? I think most email services and clients have these concepts.

I only see an option to read/unread, delete, or move into a folder.

As far as I know, there is no such option as “starring” an e-mail.

Archiving of course you can do by moving the e-mail to a folder (e.g. Archive)

Thanks for your response. I looked into how to make it work with Gmail specifically (since I didn’t see an All Mail folder and didn’t want to create a manual folder).

It turns out that Gmail uses “Labels” for this, which were working fine for all my custom labels; however, I had to go to and enable All Settings > Labels > Show in IMAP for All Mail, which was toggled off.

Now I can “archive” by moving the emails there.
