How to downgrade Android on Sony Xperias with Linux, e.g. Ubuntu

I use Ubuntu Linux.

How can I downgrade the Android system on my Sony Xperia 10 III from Android 13 downto Android 12 or 11 ?

You can install Sonys ‘Emma’ on a Windows virtual machine.
I should say Quickemu and maybe Quickgui is the easiest way to get windows up and running on your Ubuntu machine.
Windows under VirtualBox also is OK of course.
