How to disable/reduce glass avatar in background while calling?

Earlier we had a patch “Disable glass avatar” for removing the glass effect from avatar showing in background while calling, till Sailfish OS 2.1.0.11

Now i have Xperia 10 III and have installed Sailfish OS 4.4.0.68, and i did any find any patch to disable glass avatar.

Can anyone direct me, if we have something similar ?

Not sure, if i have put the need correctly.

let me put it in this way, I am looking for any patch or any hack, to have clear image/photo in the calling screen. (incoming and outgoing call).
