How do you make best use of app covers?

I’m sorry for the OT, but there is quite a bit of talk about leaving some apps open all the time (and in an order too).
If you can do without the cover action, native apps make good candidates for using the Partnerspace feature, as explained well in this post:

PartnerSpace is a way to add more pages to the HomeView/EventsView-carousel. As I recall, it was originally created for third-party phone manufacturers (back then Intex and Jala) to easily display their own apps (probably just so users would see ads?), but it can be easily activated via CLI or with the Karuselli app, and you can attach any app to it (native or through AAS). Here is a demonstration using the Karuselli app:

I currently keep Notes/Settings/Email there. Having only 3 apps makes accessing them easier, but more are possible.

And it was the idea that i can access them in a specific order that sold it for me.
