Thank you for the suggestion, globally disabling hints would indeed work but this is not ideal for newcomers (especially since the tutorial cannot always be completed, Clock app cannot be opened in tutorial).
I couldn’t find a report for this so I created this one to have the bug tracked, but actually I already applied a workaround on my phone (commenting line 146 in the QML file mentioned above).
Still it would be better if this bug was solved for all SFOS users
