Apparently, Polar heart rate monitors can be read out through the terminal, so it should also be possible to add heart rate monitoring to Health, if you think it’s useful!

Polar has no timeline (intention) of adding Sailfish support

i use the Polar H10 chest strap on native SFOS for 2 hours, three times a week, every week, and have for years. you do not even need android appsupport, just native linux. you do not need to login to any app, or even have internet, you can buy an H7, H9, or H10 used or off the shelf, plug it in, and use it, so they can’t take away support for it or anything. you CAN also use it in android appsupport on sailfish, it works fine just as in android. here is what works (everything): using appsup…
