H265 issues on Xperia 10 V

The H265 video file is played with sound but no image, and the photo of H265 cannot be displayed by HEIC. What software should be installed to solve the problem?

There are no hardware video codecs at the moment.

I downloaded some h265 Big Buck Bunny snippets from testvideos.co.uk, they work fine on an X10 II.

Maybe the forum converted those to JPG? They display normally on my X10II, both in browser and gallery.

Without testing, I’d bet that there is a software fallback.

The suffix extension of the shared video file is different from that of the photo file, so uploading is not allowed
